• Dustin Goodwin

    OWNER / HEAD TRAINER

Dustin Goodwin embarked on his journey as a rider and horseman in British Columbia at age ten. His formative years in Canada were marked by notable achievements, including reserve championship wins in the Running Fox C.E.T. Medal Finals and the Equine Canada Hunt Seat Medal Finals at the Royal Winter Fair in Toronto in 2002. At 18, Dustin began his professional career, which was later interrupted by an eight-year hiatus to pursue a degree and career in design. His return to the sport in 2013 saw him working at Oz Incorporated, where he played a pivotal role in helping the team achieve national-level results. With several national championships, including the 2017 WCHR Developing Professional National title, seven USHJA International Hunter Derby wins, and over 25 USHJA National Derby wins, Dustin aims to continue creating high-level results for his customers and a positive environment for all levels of riders and horses. Dustin is also a top trainer, coaching students primarily in the hunter and equitation classes. His students have excelled at the state and national levels. One of his proudest moments as a coach was when his longtime student Olivia Aul placed in the top 12 at the 2024 USEF Hunter Seat Medal Finals out of 168 other riders.

  • Molly Graham

    RIDER/TRAINER

Born and raised in Fort Langley, Canada, Molly was immersed in the sport from an early age. Her father, esteemed Irish horse trainer Trevor Graham, instilled in her a deep understanding of horsemanship. Molly's foundation in the sport was shaped by renowned trainer Bobbie Reber, who guided her through ponies, junior hunters, and equitation. While she excelled in competitive basketball and volleyball, her true passion remained in the saddle. Transitioning into the jumper ranks, she trained under longtime family friend and Olympian Mark Laskin, competing successfully at top venues, Thunderbird Show Park and Spruce Meadows. With an impressive record in the jumper ring, including victories in the $25,000 1.45 TD Canada Trust Grand Prix and the $30,000 1.45 RBC Grand Prix at Spruce Meadows, Molly later relocated to California, where she shifted her focus back to hunters. In 2022, she joined forces with longtime friend Dustin, stepping in to help after he suffered an injury. This marked the beginning of a thriving partnership. Since then, she has campaigned top hunters with remarkable results, including a standout debut at the prestigious Capitol Challenge, where she and her mount Cheers! earned ribbons in nearly every class, finishing second among the nation's best. Most recently, Molly and Cheers! were crowned Champion in the 3'9" Green Hunters during WCHR week at Desert International Horse Park.
